Update /Software-Aktualisierung

Das MFD15 Gen2 kann per Browser über die oDSS oder kabelgebunden mit dem CANcheckedMFD15Gen2Updater aktualisiert werden. Bei der kabelgebundenen Variante wird ein Treiber für Windows benötigt.

Update über die oDSS

Bitte lade dir zuerst hier die beiden .bin-Dateien zum updaten deines Displays auf dein Smartphone/Computer. Jetzt kannst du an deinem MFD15 durch langes Drücken der beiden Knöpfe (L+R) bzw. des Drehpotis den WLAN-Hotspot aktivieren und dich mit deinem Smartphone/Computer verbinden.

Name des Hotspot: MFD15

Passwort: 12345678

Anschließend im Browser die Adresse 192.168.4.1 öffnen und zu dem Menüpunkt „Update device“ navigieren. Auf „Upload“ drücken und die erste der zuvor heruntergeladenen .bin-Datei (4.xxx.bin) auswählen. Im Anschluss startet das Update und der Ladebalken läuft durch. Nachdem der Balken durchgeladen ist, muss dein Datendisplay manuell durch Zündungswechsel rebootet werden. Nun kannst du den Hotspot erneut aktivieren und die zweite .bin-Datei (4.xxx_fs.bin) nach dem gleichen Schema hochladen.

Sobald der Ladebalken durchgelaufen ist, kannst du dein Display rebooten und bist fertig.

Update über USB

Bitte lade dir hier die aktuelle.flash-Datei, den CANcheckedMFD15Gen2Updater und den Treiber herunter. Nachdem du den Treiber für Windows installiert hast, kannst du die USB Verbindung zum Display herstellen. Anschließend startest du den Updater, überprüfst ob du einen COM-Port hast, wählst die zuvor heruntergeladene .flash-Datei aus und startest das Update. Der Ladebalken läuft im Updater durch und dein Display rebootet im Anschluss.
